What better way to start a wedding day then by driving through beautiful western North Carolina to the venue Bloemsma Barn located in the mountains of The Nantahala National Forest.

It was an absolutely gorgeous day for a wedding and the view/scenery was spot on!
We had pop up rain showers all day, but luckily, they would pass quickly and just in time for us to get our photos in.

My favorite part of the wedding day was when Jessica & Elijah had their “first look”. It was such an amazing moment & the looks on both of their faces after seeing each other was pure joy and excitement. You could see how happy they were & how much they love each other. They were having an amazing time & ready to celebrate with all of their friends & family.

It was a relaxed and low- key day, the bridal party went barefoot (now how amazing is that?) I loved the flower crowns that Jessica & her bridesmaids wore (they were absolutely gorgeous & their wine-colored dresses matched perfectly).
The reception did not disappoint, the words “dance party” have never been truer. The Groomsmen had some of the best dance moves I have ever seen at a wedding & they did not stop dancing!
