Spring Vineyard Wedding at Vesuvius Vineyards – Jenny + John Andrew – Iron Station, NC

Oh my goodness where do I even start with Jenny & John Andrew’s wedding day! It was an absolute dream from every detail, the vows, the family bond, the love, the weather everything was just beautiful. I wouldn’t expect any less from a wedding/ event planner Jenny has her own business Gathered Events & Design and she poured her heart & soul into her wedding, I loved getting to capture all of her stunning details. The florals from Blooming Branch Creative were inspiring and just so pretty anemones are quickly becoming one of my favorite flowers!!

The day started off with Megan Oliveri Artistry working her magic on all of the gorgeous ladies. We had not 1 but 2 first looks Jenny opted for a first look with her daddy & it was precious! We then swept Jenny off to a gorgeous covered bridge where her & John Andrew shared their first look, they were so much fun to watch! It’s such an exciting time during the first look, there is laughter, joy, & so much emotion. That’s why first looks are my absolute favorite!

It was such a joyful day every one prayed & loved over this couple all day long. It was such a blessing to be a part of this couple’s big day. Some of the most touching ceremonies are when a family member officiates the wedding and this was no exception. John Andrew’s father had every one tearing up during the ceremony. One of the most heartfelt ceremonies I have ever captured!

The day ended with dinner & dancing, with Split Second Sound bringing down the house! It wouldn’t have been complete with out a gorgeous sparkler exit & the beautiful Vesuvius Venue in the background. This was one of those days that leaves you with an exhausted, but huge grin across your face knowing that you served your couples’ well.

Highlights from the day are so hard to even choose, but it has to be between the ceremony officiating and the first look. Both were so touching & sweet! Seeing the love & laughter between these two during their first look, they had so much fun together. And the ceremony was just so emotional from Mr. Goodale’s words to the speech from John Andrew’s brother who was far away on a mission trip. There were so many emotions & love that make a wedding day so special, this one had it all.
