It’s been great getting to know Rachel & Daniel. They are such a sweet couple and really wanted to incorporate nature and the outdoors into their engagement session.

I knew the Greenway in Statesville and Lake Norman State Park would be the perfect locations for them.

It was a bit of an overcast day, but that didn’t hinder us one bit. We snuck off to the Lake Norman State Park hoping the sun would pop out for a beautiful sunset & it did not disappoint.

Rachel & Daniel have been together for 8 years!! (That’s almost a decade) They met in band and even went off to college together at UNCG. I love that they were high school sweethearts.

Daniel proposed at the restaurant Fahrenheit in Charlotte, with a beautiful rooftop view (I’d say that’s pretty romantic)!
